PUBLIC NOTICE / BRADMILL BLVD STAGE 2B CONSTRUCTION

We would like to inform you of upcoming construction works at Fogarty Avenue starting later this month.

As part of the Bradmill Boulevard development by Frasers Property, profiling and raised pavement construction works are taking place at Fogarty Ave to connect Bradmill Boulevard with Fogarty Avenue. To support these works, water-filled barriers will be installed around the work zone, with traffic controllers on site to support safe movements around the work zone.

There will be no major impacts to the sporting fields during the construction period. However, the western entry to the soccer car park off Fogarty Avenue will be unavailable for approximately 3 weeks (08/10 – 29/10). Access to the car park will remain available via the eastern entry off Fogarty Avenue at all times, and traffic management will be in place to support safe entry and exit.

These works will be undertaken from 26 Aug 2025 – Dec 2025 (subject to inclement weather).

What works are coming up?

• Road boxing
• Kerb and footpath installation
• Raised pavement construction

Crews will be on site between 7am and 6pm Monday – Friday, and between 9am and 1pm on Saturdays.

What to expect:

• Some increase in construction noise, activity, and vehicle movements through the area while we remove and reinstate traffic management measures and proceed with construction works.
• Fogarty Avenue traffic to be safely guided by work zone by traffic controllers, in a shuttle flow arrangement.
