Public Notice: New Residential Roads Opening at Bradmill Yarraville

New residential roads are opening in Yarraville as part of the Bradmill development.
Monfort Avenue, Ginning Road, Stenter Road and Bradmill Boulevard will open to the public on 13 November 2025. These new roads will provide access to properties in the Bradmill estate and provide future access to McIvor Reserve including parking.
The new roads connect onto Francis Street near the southern end of Roberts Street and Angliss Street.
Traffic signals at the intersection of Francis Street and Bradmill Boulevard will be operational from 13 November 2025.
