PERTH, 10 JUNE 2020
Frasers Property Australia and the Department of Communities have appointed award-winning builder New Level Homes, part of the JWH Group, to design and deliver turn-key two-storey residential homes at East Green, with new artists’ impressions offering a sneak peek of what’s to come at the new Greenwood community.
Buyers have shown keen interest in East Green since the commencement of a registration of interest campaign in March for the joint project between the Department of Communities and Frasers Property Australia.
JWH group is one of Western Australia’s largest home builders and a Top 10 project builder in size nationally. New Level Homes, Perth’s leading two-storey home builder owned by the group, has designed a variety of site considerate two-storey homes with two, three and four-bedroom configurations for the project’s turn key house and land packages, most of which will overlook an expansive landscaped parkland and playground.
The builder will also provide other home design choices for land lot buyers, offering a wide range of options that can be tailored to different tastes, budgets and needs.
Spanning 3.86 hectares in Greenwood, when complete, East Green will accommodate between 80 and 100 new homes, all within a naturally picturesque location just 17km from Perth’s CBD.
Tod O’Dwyer, General Manager Residential WA, Frasers Property Australia says buyers will be excited New Level Homes is coming on board with the project.
“Working with New level Homes is a natural fit given the company’s depth of experience and familiarity with the types of integrated communities Frasers Property creates,” Mr O’Dwyer says.
“We have every confidence in New Level Home’s ability to deliver residential homes of extraordinary quality and are looking forward to working together to bring the project to life.
“Homes at East Green will appeal strongly to a wide variety of purchasers. It’s encouraging to see 675 expressions of interest so far, numbers which have exceeded our expectations.
“So far, interest from families has been particularly strong. Families are being attracted by the outdoor lifestyle the community will offer, with extensive walkways and plenty of open spaces for children and grandchildren to play.”
Jim Ilias, General Manager at New Level Homes says the company is thrilled to be involved in the East Green’s project. “We are very proud to continue to offer a quality product at a competitive price to the people of Perth,” he said.
“There is a lot to be excited about at East Green. Frasers Property expects a very high quality of housing with an emphasis on sustainability, and this project demands both. We are well under way with our designs and the planning process.
“We understand the needs of the modern family can be quite different and are proud to be able to showcase our advanced build techniques and innovative home designs this year with East Green Estate and Frasers Property,” Mr Ilias added.
Designed with health and positive wellbeing in mind, the East Green development has a green focus, with more than 50 per cent of its housing overlooking an expansive parkland. The parkland incorporates existing native and grass trees with new turfed areas and plantings. The project has been awarded a 5 Star Green Star Communities rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.
On site, civil works are currently nearing completion while landscaping is on track to finish very soon.
When complete, East Green residents will enjoy the convenience of an established suburb surrounded by amenity, health support services, schools and sports facilities, with bus stops, train stations and key arterial roads all nearby.
Sales for the first stage are anticipated to launch in the second half of this year.
