Frasers Property Australia has once again been recognised by the Australian Government’s Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) as an Employer Committed to Gender Equality, reinforcing the company’s ongoing commitment to creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace. The company has held its citation since 2018.

The voluntary WGEA citation recognises organisations that take active steps to improve gender equality outcomes across their workforce, including leadership accountability, pay equity, flexible working, and initiatives that support employees at all stages of their careers.

For Frasers Property Australia, the recognition reflects a continued focus on embedding gender equality into everyday experiences – from how people are supported at key career and life moments, to how policies and programs are translated into meaningful action.

WGEA Chief Executive Officer Mary Wooldridge noted that citation holders are organisations that go beyond policy, using data, clear targets and employee insights to drive real progress – strengthening fairness, safety and opportunity for all employees.

Frasers Property has held the citation since 2018–19, with the recognition serving as an important benchmark for its Diversity and Inclusion strategy and the impact it is delivering across the business.

Frasers Property Australia General Manager People & Culture Angela Howard acknowledged the importance of the citation for Frasers Property.

“The WGEA citation serves as an important benchmark for our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy and it’s delivering a positive impact across the business that will help set the standard for years to come. We’re incredibly proud of our culture and everything that underpins it – holding this citation since 2018 is just one example of how we aim to create belonging in our workplace and live life together.”

While proud of this milestone, the company remains focused on continuous improvement – recognising that achieving gender equality requires ongoing commitment, transparency and accountability.

Frasers Property Australia will continue to build on this work, supporting an inclusive culture where all people feel valued, supported and able to thrive.
