Burwood Brickworks Construction Update - Defining Homes

January 2023 - Here’s the latest on Defining Homes.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

The Stage 7 Defining Homes are a hair’s breadth from roofing completion.

Brickwork is also very close to being finished.

Meanwhile inside rough-ins have hit the halfway mark for completion.

Burbank Urban has experienced some delays on site, meaning settlements within the Defining Homes precinct are now forecast for July-August 2023.

Settlement Forecast

Stages 6 and 7 - Park Crescent Homes and Defining Homes.

Settlement of your property is anticipated in Q3 2023.

Please note that the anticipated time-frame for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

General Update

In December 2022 we hit an exciting milestone, with the sale of the final home in our community — an apartment within the Terrace and Ardent Collections.

Burwood Brickworks is now officially sold out and all attention is now on completing the beautiful homes in this new neighbourhood.
