Construction Update

Welcome to the latest edition of the Burwood Brickworks development update.

As they say in baseball, “we are at the bottom of the ninth” in the creation of our Defining Homes. In fact, we’re moving into the final stages of construction across the entire community. This month we will be entirely focused on completing all internal works in preparation for settlements, which are just around the corner.

In the meantime, we’ll continue to keep you informed of what our tradespeople are working on, right up to your settlement date.

Construction Progress

The Defining Homes will be the final homes completed at our award-winning Burwood Brickworks community.

Last month we completed all the landscaping in the front and rear yards. The painting is complete as well, inside and out.

At the moment, the team is busy progressing the fitout work, before we get started on the joinery and robes. After this, it’s a case of installing all appliances in preparation for you to move in and begin enjoying your new life at Burwood Brickworks.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your home is now anticipated in late September 2023.

Please note that the anticipated settlement time frame is indicative and subject to change due to the construction works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
