Construction Update

Welcome to the latest edition of the Burwood Brickworks development update.

As we work steadily towards completion of the Defining Homes, we’ll continue to keep you informed every step of the way with the latest news on your new home and new community.

Construction Progress

The heart of The Defining Homes, the kitchens, are now fully installed.

Also complete is the tiling work in the homes’ wet areas.

Painters are hard at work creating the light and bright spaces which will make these townhomes such a pleasure to occupy.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartments is now anticipated in September - October 2023.

Please note that the anticipated settlement time frame is indicative and subject to change due to the construction works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
