Welcome to the latest Burwood Brickworks Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

The Stage 7 Defining Homes have reached an important milestone, with lock up now 100% complete. This is a key stage when building a home, and allows trades to now move inside the home to start working on internal finishes and fittings.

Stay tuned for news on the all-important imminent dropping of scaffolding which will allow these handsome homes to reveal themselves for the first time. This will be the final scaffolding to come down around the entire development, allowing residents and passersby to really appreciate the architecture throughout Burwood Brickworks.

Inside, contractors are completing cut outs for the fit-off of services.

Settlement Forecast

We’re working closely with Burbank Urban to establish a timeframe for completion of the Defining Homes to our high standards and will advise our customers in the coming weeks as soon as we have more clarity, but we expect settlement to occur by late August or early September.
