Welcome to the latest edition of the Burwood Brickworks development update.

The distinctive Defining Homes are getting closer to completion, and we can’t wait to welcome Burwood Brickworks’ newest residents to their beautiful new properties.

In the meantime, we’ll continue to keep you informed of what our tradespeople are working on, right up to your settlement date.

Construction Progress

The Defining Homes are designed to allow a seamless interplay between the inside and out, so we’re pleased that the all-important front and rear landscaping is now well underway.

Inside the homes, the painters are almost finished applying the light and bright colour scheme, while carpenters are putting the finishing touches to the stairs.

In the generously sized bathrooms, sanitary hardware, including baths, sinks and toilets, are going in.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartments is now anticipated in September to October 2023.
