Welcome to the latest Burwood Brickworks Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

All the trades are now back in full swing after the holiday period and powering on at full capacity. As usual, we’ll continue to keep you informed every step of the way with the latest news on your new home and new community.

Our building team continues to work methodically from floor to floor on The Ardent Collection apartments. Floor laying has started on level 1 and floor levelling and fit off is underway on level 2. Fit off is also underway on level 3, while on level 4 tiling has started. The cabinetry is being installed on level 5 and up on the roof the solar installation has begun.

Purchaser upgrade checks are underway to ensure each apartment’s specifications have been built to purchasers’ preferences.

Our builder partner and FPA project team have started to coordinate the defecting process for each apartment. The quality assurance checks will occur multiple times before handing over the property, ensuring high quality finishes for each purchaser.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartments is now anticipated in June to July 2023.
