Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Burwood Brickworks Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

Within The Terrace Collection building, joinery has been installed on the ground floor, with screeding underway.

On Level One carpet is being laid, while timber floorwork — from preparation to installation — is underway on levels two through four.

On Level Five, bathroom joinery and robes have been installed and Level Six tiling is nearing completion.

Our building team is making great progress in both the Ardent Collection and The Terrace buildings, so they’re now also forging ahead on the shared spaces which will bring our residents together.

The common area fireplace, which will give this area warmth and presence, has been installedand the surrounding brickwork is almost finished.

Also nearing completion are the feature timber ceilings which will anchor shared residents’ amenity areas and provide a welcoming ambience.

Outside, the Foundation Boulevard nature strip construction is underway, and landscaping has commenced to public and private outdoor spaces.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartments is now anticipated in July 2023.
