Certificates of Title: February 2025
Earthworks and retaining walls are nearing completion, with stairs and piers just starting. Essential services like sewer, water, stormwater, and communication ducting are well advanced, and underground power cabling is complete, with transformer and switchgear installation to begin shortly. Roadworks are almost finished, and asphalt paving is scheduled for the end of November. Practical Completion now planned for December 2024.
- Earthworks & retaining walls 80% complete; stairs & piers started.
- Sewer water, stormwater, and communication ducting are 80-90% complete, with underground power cabling done.
- Roadworks are 90% complete; asphalt scheduled for the end of Nov.
