Certificates of Title: Issued – 13 August 2025
All clearances have been sought, and titles were issued on the 13 August. Lots are pegged and lot signage installed. Builders and valuers can readily access the stage.
Infill Colorbond fencing and blade fencing to rear loaded lots will commence in late August.
Works on the park have commenced and should be finished over several months.
