Certificates of Title: Expected August 2025
Stage works are significantly advanced with major service installations in place and key infrastructure elements nearing completion. The Stage 9 park design has been approved by the City of Mandurah with construction to commence in winter. The park construction is not linked to Stage 9 titles.
- Road primer sealing are the next works to be installed
- Practical completion expected in June 2025
- Clearances for the Certificates of Title being prepared
