5 per cent rental guarantee on new apartment purchases

  • Investors receive guaranteed rental income for the first two years

Investing in an apartment at Tailor’s Walk will now come with added peace-of-mind thanks to the inclusion of a rental guarantee equal to 5 per cent of the purchase price for the first two years, as part of a limited-time-only offer when investors appoint Frasers Property Australia to manage their property.

The offer applies to all one, two and three-bedroom apartments in the new Botany masterplanned community and runs until September 30 or until they are sold out. 

The offer guarantees investors will receive monthly rent equating to at least 5 per cent of the apartment’s purchase price (pro rated on a monthly basis and excluding any letting or property management fees), with Frasers Property’s property management team working with investors to secure a tenant for their property and then managing it in an ongoing capacity. 

The offer comes as work draws to completion at Tailor’s Walk, a new brand new walkable community just 10kms from the CBD and a short stroll to Botany Village.
