Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Greenway Collection

We are pleased to provide you with the first construction update for your new home in the Greenway Collection, Central Park at Ed.Square.

It is our aim to ensure that you are updated at every step of the way, so updates will be provided via the Ed.Square Property Tracker. This is where you will find the latest updates, settlement anticipations, recent photos from site, and everything you need to know about moving into your new home, when the time comes.

Currently the team are working through the tender process with final tender submissions expected over the next week. Once received, we will begin the review and negotiation process before finalising a builder. In our next monthly update we will be able to provide further information on this progress.

It is anticipated that settlement of your new home will occur in early 2027.

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
