Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Greenway Collection

We are pleased to provide you with the next construction update for your new home in the Greenway Collection, Central Park at Ed.Square.

The tender process for this stage of homes is in the closing stages as final discussions are underway with the preferred contractor. In next month's update, we hope to be in a position to announce the chosen builder.

It is anticipated that settlement of your new home will occur in early 2027.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
