Welcome to your latest construction update for Release Four at The Quarry.
In exciting news, we have now received Operation Works Approval, which has allowed Golding Contractors to commence works on civil construction.
Golding’s has now mobilised the site, commenced earthworks and started on the construction of Release Four’s inter-allotment retaining walls. Following earthworks, construction of the pipeworks will begin.
Naturform has also been appointed as the landscape contractor for this release. After completing all The Quarry’s landscaping works to date, we look forward to seeing these works carried out to a consistently high standard.
Based on the current program, we anticipate calling for settlements in July 2025. If you have any queries between now and then, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care team via the details below.
