Welcome to your latest construction update for Release Four at The Quarry.
In exciting news, Golding’s has commenced construction on Stage 4!
Golding’s has commenced earthworks and construction of all inter-allotment retaining walls.
The install of pipework is due to commence in the coming weeks, which will see the install of sewer and stormwater. At the end of the month, we anticipate the commencement of roadwork preparations.
Based on the current program, we anticipate calling for settlements in July 2025. If you have any queries between now and then, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care team via the details below.
