Welcome to your latest construction update for Release Five at The Quarry.

We’re thrilled to announce that Golding has officially started work on Stage 5.

Earthworks are underway, along with the installation of inter-allotment retaining walls across the precinct along with stormwater and sewer installation.

Roadworks are due to commence from early June and be completed by the end of June 2025 ready for landscape and electrical works to be undertaken.

At this stage and due to wet weather through the months of March and April, settlements are anticipated to commence in August 2025, in line with the current construction program.
