Welcome to your latest construction update for Release Five at The Quarry.
We’re pleased to report that construction continues to progress, despite some recent delays due to wet weather conditions.
Inter-allotment retaining walls are now nearing completion, and sewer and stormwater infrastructure works are expected to be finalised in the coming weeks.
Once this stage is complete, focus will shift to the road network, which is scheduled for completion in early July 2025. This will allow landscaping and electrical works to commence shortly thereafter.
Settlements remain on track to begin from August 2025, in line with the current construction schedule.
