Welcome to your latest construction update for Release Five at The Quarry.

We are now anticipating settlements for Release Five to occur in September.

Inter-allotment retaining walls are now complete with landscape retaining walls nearing completion. Roadworks are now complete with kerb and channel in with line marking to commence this week. Works have now transitioned to electrical reticulation, with the installation of communication conduits and pits having now commenced.

The Release Five Plan Sealing application has been lodged with Brisbane City Council and is awaiting assessment.

If you haven't already, now is the time to finalise your arrangements for finance and apply for your final loan approval. To ensure a smooth process for your upcoming settlement in September 2025, it is important to schedule your valuation appointment as soon as possible.
