The Quarry Construction Update – Release Five

We’re pleased to share the latest construction progress for Release Five at The Quarry.

Stage 5 continues to move forward, with roadworks now complete and concrete footpaths and driveways poured. Electrical conduits have been installed, and streetlight installation is scheduled to take place in the coming weeks.

With electrical reticulation works now finalised, construction has shifted to landscaping and streetscape enhancements—signalling the next exciting phase.

Council has approved the Plan Sealing application, which has since been lodged with the Titles Office. The assessment process is currently underway, and once approval is received, settlements will be scheduled.

At this time, settlements are still expected to commence in September 2025, in accordance with the current timeline.
