Valuation Invitation - Stage 11

Valuation access will be available from March 5, 2026

We are pleased to advise that your lot will be ready for your valuation appointment from March 5.

Now is the time to finalise your arrangements for finance and apply for your final loan approval. To ensure a smooth process for your upcoming settlement in Late March 2026 – Mid April 2026, it is important to schedule your valuation appointment as soon as possible. Once the valuation is complete, your lender can proceed with finalising your loan for settlement.

Book a Valuation

  • Valuers are required to book their appointments at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Valuation appointments are available from 9:00am to 12:00pm on March 5 and March 6.
  • Ongoing, valuation appointments will only be available from 9.00am to 12.00pm every Tuesday and Friday.
  • The access point is the corner of Bells Road and Mayvale Way, where all visitors must sign in before accessing the site. Bookings are essential as all visitors are required to be escorted onsite by our customer care consultant.

  • As the site is under construction, full PPE is required - hard hat, high vis vests and steel cap boots must be worn. Heels or open-toe shoes are not permitted on site.
