We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 11 are progressing well and are ahead of programme. Settlements are still expected in May to June 2026.
Construction of the kerbs (gutters) is now complete. The electrical works and telecommunication works are currently underway.
Before the end of the year, we will see footpath 50% complete. Topsoil in the new year will follow and electrical audits to begin.
