We are please to advise that Stage 11 civil works are now complete, and Council practical completion has been attained.
We are currently in the process of seeking Statement of Compliance from all authorities.
Valuation commencement notices have been issued, and online bookings can now be made. We kindly ask that you ensure your finance documentation is completed ahead of settlement.
