We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 11 are progressing well and are ahead of program. Settlements are now expected in late March – mid April 2026.
The asphalt works have now been completed, with line marking to follow soon.
Valuation commencement notices are scheduled to be issued shortly, with valuations expected to begin in the first week of March. We kindly ask that you ensure your finance documentation is completed ahead of settlement.
