Now that the building is complete we can now lodge the Strata Plan which is reviewed by a registered surveyor (external party).

An Occupation Certificate (also known as Certificate of Occupancy) will be registered to confirm the building complies with the State’s specific building codes and that the building is ready to be occupied.

6 - Practical Completion
Practical completion stage means that the builder has completed the majority of the construction, so it is time to get ready to settle and move in.

It's time to get ready for settlement.

8 - Valuation
Some lenders or banks may require a valuation of your property.

9 - Pre-Settlement Inspection
A pre-settlement inspection allows you to inspect your future home to investigate its quality and note any defects or issues that need to be rectified before settlement.

10 - Settlement Notice
Once the title is registered and the property has received a Certificate of Occupancy

11 - Settlement
On the settlement day, you pay the balance of the purchase price and you are now the registered owner of the property.

Pioneer Townhomes 1A
- Homes 101–110: The fencing posts have been successfully installed, stepping stone work is currently underway, and our internal final defect inspections are in progress to ensure everything is in order.
- Homes 133–136: Landscaping works are well underway, fencing posts have been installed, and all services fit-off has been completed, marking great progress on-site.
- Homes 126–132: Flooring has been completed, benchtops are now installed, and the services fit-off is finished—bringing us another step closer to completion.
- Homes 137-138: The joinery is complete, timber flooring has been beautifully installed, and the painting work is now finished—everything is really coming together.
