Stage 1B: Pioneer Townhomes

Exciting changes continue to unfold across the site as more homes move closer to completion, creating a vibrant and welcoming community.

In Homes 111–116, joinery has now been completed, giving kitchens and storage areas their shape and function. Flooring installation is currently underway, adding warmth and texture underfoot. Meanwhile, soft landscaping has commenced, bringing the outdoor spaces to life.

Moving to Homes 117–125, joinery is currently being installed, marking another important step in the interior fit-out. Tiling is nearing completion, setting the foundation for a finished look. On the exterior, the scaffolding is set to be fully removed by the end of June, offering a clearer view of these beautiful homes.

At Homes 139–144, the interiors are well advanced. Joinery, tiling, and flooring have all been completed, and painting is now in progress, adding the final layers of colour and character.

With each passing week, more homes are reaching key milestones, and it’s exciting to see the community coming together.
