Stage 1B: Pioneer Townhomes

Construction progress is moving forward across Stage 1B Townhomes. For Homes 111–116, the first round of defect inspections has been completed, and landscaping works are currently underway. Homes 117–125 are progressing steadily, with the builder’s clean now in progress. The first round of defect inspections for these lots will commence shortly, ensuring all construction standards are met before finalisation. In addition, hard landscaping works are ongoing in this section, further advancing the external works. Homes 139–144 have also seen good progress, with the first round of defect inspections completed and external paving now finalised. Landscaping for these homes is currently in progress and approaching completion. These ongoing activities mark important steps toward the overall completion of Stage 1B.
