Stage 1B: Pioneer Townhomes

We’re pleased to share another exciting update on the progress of your new home.

For Homes 111–116, the service fit-off has now been completed—marking a key milestone in the internal works. Landscaping is also actively underway, breathing fresh life into the outdoor spaces and helping to create a warm, welcoming environment as we move closer to completion.

Homes 117–125 are progressing beautifully. Joinery installation is complete, benchtops are currently being installed, and the initial painting phase has been finalised. Tiling is also nearing completion, and it’s wonderful to see the interiors beginning to take shape with warmth and character.

Meanwhile, Homes 139–144 are advancing with great momentum. Timber flooring is in progress, adding a final touch of natural warmth underfoot. Tiling has been fully completed, and joinery is nearing completion—each detail thoughtfully coming together to create a space that is both functional and inviting.

Across all homes, there’s a strong sense of progress and transformation as every element falls into place.
