Welcome to the latest Mambourin Green Construction Update.

We’re pleased to inform that subbase FCR (fine crushed rock) works for the lower road pavement has now been completed. This marks a key milestone in delivering internal infrastructure and improving site accessibility.

Kerb and channel works have commenced and are progressing well, with completion anticipated shortly. This phase marks an exciting step in the civil construction process, helping to define the final road layout while supporting essential drainage infrastructure.

Electrical reticulation works are scheduled to commence shortly, marking an important step in preparing the development for future services. This phase involves installing underground electrical infrastructure that will safely and efficiently distribute power across the site.
