Welcome to the latest Mambourin Green Construction Update.
We’re pleased to advise that drainage works have now commenced, which involves the installation of underground stormwater infrastructure designed to manage rainwater effectively and support long-term site performance.
The next phase of works will involve road boxing, subgrade preparation, and the placement of the construction layer. These tasks are essential for building a strong and stable foundation for future roads and areas.
Water reticulation works (water mains) are scheduled to commence following the completion of the construction layer. This phase will involve installing water mains to support the delivery of reliable residential water supply across the site.
