Lower road pavement works, including AG drains and associated conduit installation, have now been completed. These works form part of the underlying road infrastructure, providing a stable foundation for the kerb and channel and subsurface drainage to protect the pavement long term.
Electrical and communication reticulation works are expected to commence in early June. These works provide essential power and fibre connections to future homes.
Concrete works for the laneways and footpaths are scheduled to commence soon. These works will delivery the finished surface to rear accessways, supporting pedestrian and vehicle movements.
