We’re pleased to advise that kerb and channel installation is now complete. This milestone is an important step in the civil construction progress as it defines the final road layout and supports essential drainage infrastructure, ensuring stormwater is properly managed and protecting the integrity of the road pavement.

Electrical reticulation works are also complete. This phase involved the installation of underground electrical infrastructure across the site, which is essential to support future power connections for homes, street lighting, and other key services. Completion of this phase ensures the development is well-prepared for the next stages of servicing and construction.

Communication reticulation works, involving the installation of Opticomm infrastructure, have now commenced. This important phase ensures future homes will be ready for high-speed internet, supporting a connected and well-serviced community.
