Drainage trenching and pipe installation have been impacted by recent wet weather conditions. However, works are progressing and now nearing completion, with additional crews onsite to support delivery. This is essential stormwater infrastructure, designed to manage rainwater effectively and support long-term site performance.
Lower road pavement works are set to commence shortly. This includes road boxing, subgrade preparation, and placement of the construction layer – all essential steps in building a strong and stable foundation for future roads and shared spaces.
Water reticulation works are scheduled to commence mid-January 2026. This phase will involve installing water mains to ensure reliable and efficient water supply across the site.
