Detailed design for the stage has been lodged with Council, and approval is anticipated by January. This approval is a key milestone that keeps us on track for the next phase of construction.
The civil construction tender has been issued, and we are now in the final stages of appointing a contractor. We expect to award the contract in December, which will allow us to start major works such as roads and drainage early in the new year.
Early sewer works have been approved by Council and are scheduled to commence in January. These works are an important first step in preparing the site for future construction stages and will help ensure essential services are in place before the main civil works begin.
