Detailed design is now approved
We are pleased to confirm that the detailed design for Stage 5 has now been formally approved. This milestone confirms that all technical design requirements have been met and allows construction activities to progress in accordance with the approved plans.

Drainage works have commenced
Drainage infrastructure works are now underway. These works form a critical early component of civil construction, establishing the underground stormwater network required to support future roads and services.

Services reticulation works to follow in the coming months
Over the coming months, construction will continue to progress with water, electrical and communications reticulation works to begin. These works will deliver the essential services required to support future homes within Stage 5.
