Drainage works are almost complete. Drainage infrastructure forms a critical part of early civil construction, establishing the underground stormwater network.
Road excavation and subgrade works will follow drainage completion. These works create the base structure for future road pavements.
Water reticulation works including the installation of water mains, are scheduled to commence in July. These works will provide a reliable water supply to future homes.
