We’re pleased to advise that communication reticulation works, involving the installation of Opticomm cabling, are now complete. This infrastructure is in place to support high-speed internet services for future residents, helping ensure the community is well-connected.

Concrete works, involving the construction of footpaths and driveway crossovers, have now commenced. These works play an important role in shaping safe pedestrian routes and providing formal access to future homes, supporting the overall functionality and connectivity of the development.

Topsoiling works are scheduled to commence shortly, with topsoil to be placed across nature strips and lots. This phase prepares the ground for future landscaping and helps establish final surface levels, contributing to the overall presentation of the development.
