The detailed design for Stage 5 has been lodged with Council, and we’re expecting formal approval shortly. This is a key milestone that keeps construction timeframes on track and allows works to move smoothly into the next phase.
We’ve received the civil construction tender and are in the final stages of assessment. The contract is expected to be awarded imminently, enabling our contractor to mobilise and commence on‑ground works soon after.
Early approval has been secured for the sewer works, with construction scheduled to begin on 19 January. These early works help establish the essential service infrastructure for the stage and support timely delivery of the broader construction program.
