We’re pleased to advise that concrete works, involving footpaths and driveway crossovers, are now complete, marking another key step in shaping the pedestrian network and supporting access to future homes.

Topsoiling has also been completed across nature strips and lots. With final surface levels now established, the area is well prepared for upcoming landscaping and the overall presentation of the development.

Placement of the base course FCR (fine crushed rock) has now commenced. This forms the first layer of the upper road pavement, providing the strength, stability and final levels required before asphalt is applied.

Asphalt works are scheduled to commence next. This final pavement layer will deliver a smooth, durable road surface and represents one of the last major construction activities before line marking and presentation works for Council inspection.
