We’re pleased to advise that road boxing is now complete, shaping the road corridor and setting the foundation for pavement works. The construction layer of the lower road pavement has also been completed, providing a stable, well-compacted platform for the remaining pavement layers to follow.

Water reticulation works, including the installation of the water mains, have now commenced. These works establish the internal water supply network for the stage, supporting network functionality and preparing for future lot connections.

Road crossing conduit works have also commenced. This marks an important step in enabling essential services to be connected across the development and ensuring utilities can be installed without disturbing the road once constructed.

Capping works for the lower road pavement are scheduled to commence next. This layer forms a strong, protective base that supports the upper pavement layers.
