Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

We’re pleased to advise that water reticulation works are now complete. This milestone involved the installation of water mains to ensure reliable and efficient water supply throughout the development.

Road crossing conduit works are also complete. This marks a key step toward enabling seamless service connections across the site and supports the integration of essential infrastructure.

Capping layer works have now commenced. This phase involves placing and compacting a layer of crushed rock to form a stable base for the internal road network. It marks a step toward lower road pavement construction and improves site access as the development progresses.

AG drains installation is set to commence soon. These works are a part of the underground drainage network that protects the road pavement and allows water to freely drain away.
