The detailed design for Stage 5 is expected imminently. This milestone will confirm that all technical engineering plans required before commencing major construction have been formally signed off, ensuring works can move smoothly into the next phase without delay.
Early sewer works, which began at the end of January, are now complete. These works installed the essential underground sewer infrastructure required for the stage. Completing these works early helps maintain program and reduces the risk of civil construction delays.
Civil construction is expected to commence at the end of March, with our contractor already onsite. This marks the shift from planning into active delivery of roads, drainage, services and other core civil infrastructure.
