Footpaths, crossovers, topsoiling and asphalt works are now complete
All major civil and finishing works within Stage 2 have now been completed, including footpaths, driveway crossovers, topsoiling, asphalt and line marking. These works finalise the road pavement and streetscape elements, establishing the finished look and functionality of the stage ahead of final approvals.

Valuation inspections are now underway
With construction works complete, valuation inspections are currently being carried out. This process supports purchaser financing requirements as the stage progresses toward final approval and settlement readiness.

Authority approvals are ongoing, with SOC expected imminently
The formal review and sign‑off process with Council and relevant service authorities is continuing, ensuring all works meet the required standards. Subject to authority processing timeframes, Statement of Compliance (SOC) is expected to be issued imminently, after which the subdivision will be lodged with the Titles Office.
