Plan of Subdivision has been lodged at Land Titles Office.
We have received Statement of Compliance from Wyndham City Council and the Growth Area Infrastructure Contribution (GAIC) clearance certificates from the Victorian State Government. The Plan of Subdivision has been lodged at the Land Titles Office.Settlements are anticipated to commence in July.
