Authority approvals are ongoing, with SOC expected imminently
The formal review and sign‑off process with Council and relevant service authorities is expected to be completed imminently. Once SOC is received, we will lodge the POS for title registration, provided the necessary GAIC approval has been received.We are regularly following up approval of the Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution (GAIC) by the Victorian Government Minister for Planning and State Revenue Office (SRO). We have been informed by the relevant Government Departments that the approval process is underway. We will keep you informed once this is received.
Settlements are expected to commence in June
