Statement of Compliance - Stage 2

We have received Statement of Compliance from Wyndham City Council and the Growth Area Infrastructure Contribution (GAIC) clearance certificates from the Victorian State Government. The Plan of Subdivision has been lodged at the Land Titles Office.

Once we have received the Title registration, we will trigger settlement. Settlements will be due 14 days after Titles have been issued.

Settlement Update

We would like to advise that settlement of your land is anticipated for July 2026.

Your legal representative will be sent a formal notice of settlement once Titles have been issued and the settlement due date has been set.

Please also notify your lender to ensure the final loan contract is finalised and ready your settlement.

If you have yet to appoint a legal representative (solicitor or conveyancer), please nominate as soon as possible and inform the contact details to Customer Care Team via CustomerCareVIC@frasersproperty.com.au.
