Road crossing conduit works are now complete
All road crossing conduits have now been installed across Stage 4. These works are an important early step in coordinating underground services and enabling future utility connections across the site.

Capping layer works have commenced and are progressing well
Capping layer works are currently underway, with approximately 50% of this scope now complete. This phase involves placing and compacting high quality engineered fill to form a stable working platform and base for the future internal road network, while also improving site access as construction continues.

AG drains and additional conduit works are commencing
Installation of AG drains and associated conduits is commencing this week. These underground drainage elements play a critical role in managing water movement beneath the road pavement, supporting pavement longevity and overall site performance.
