We are pleased to provide the latest update on the construction works of Stage 55.
Construction is progressing well and remains on schedule, with key milestones already achieved including water tappings, house drains and footpath pre-works. Installation of footpaths, crossovers and car parking bays is set to commence soon.
You’ll soon receive an update confirming when site access for valuations becomes available. Once received, please forward the email to your broker or banker so they can arrange an on-site valuation.
Now is the time to progress your loan towards unconditional approval. We encourage you to contact your bank or broker as soon as possible to avoid any last-minute delays.
We will be in touch again with a further reminder once the site is ready for valuation access.
